Dreamed up and Manufactured in Corunna
It all started with having an over abundance of peppers in the garden, Making one sauce in my kitchen and giving it to a few friends. People started to ask for more of it and I gladly obliged. We have gradually expanded to the 5 staples of the Djay's Inferno Line produced within my health inspected kitchen in Corunna, Ontario

My first order was for: Habanero Honey Moustard, Tropical Inferno, Garlic Eurphoria, Original, Dill-licious, Fire Under the Bleachers, Bee Sting Hot Honey, along with 2 of the dry rubs. Absolutely love the flavours in these sauces.
